    シングルモーター駆動 is mainly used for materials with a constant solid content and those having no strict requirements for the water content of discharged solids. As there is no necessary differentialspeed adjusting mechanism, the differential speed between bowland screw can only be realized through changing the gear transmission ratio or the rotation speed of the bowl.

    フィードチューブを通ってスパイラル材料プッシャーのキャビティに入った後、懸濁液は材料ベントを通ってボウルのキャビティに入ります。沈降後の固形物は、スクリューの差速による押し込み作用により船首の小端部へ移動し、最終的に固形物排出口から排出されます。遠心力の作用により、液体は中空の液環を形成し、船首の長い方の端に移動します。調整可能なオーバーバッフルを通過した後、重力の作用により液体出口から排出されます。

    三相動作原理
